“Send your kids to school with a picture of Gavin Newsom at the AFC championship game right next to the notice about Los Angeles county’s forced indoor mask mandate that he violated and then say that your kid identifies as Gavin Newsom.
Also tell any Principal that any future segregation of your child for not wearing a mask will be deemed an act of bullying according to Ed code as the Principal’s actions causing a direct harm to the child’s ability to have an education that they are entitled to as a citizen of the State of California. They cannot be denied in person education Ed Code Section 49451 or be forced into independent study Ed Code 51747 sub (f (8)) for not wearing a face diaper.
Tell them with regards to bullying to recite Ed Code 48900 (r) Engaged in an act of bullying.(1) “Bullying” means any severe or pervasive physical or verbal act or conduct, including communications made in writing or by means of an electronic act, and including one or more acts committed by a pupil or group of pupils as defined in Section 48900.2, 48900.3, or 48900.4, directed toward one or more pupils that has or can be reasonably predicted to have the effect of one or more of the following:.(B) Causing a reasonable pupil to experience a substantially detrimental effect on the pupil’s physical or mental health.(C) Causing a reasonable pupil to experience substantial interference with the pupil’s academic performance.(D) Causing a reasonable pupil to experience substantial interference with the pupil’s ability to participate in or benefit from the services, activities, or privileges provided by a school.
All of these would apply by these Teacher/Admin’s action to the harm done to a student who does not wish to wear a mask citing an unlawful mandate that was not established according to the correct legislative process regarding a medical product that has not been proven to work.”
